is hereby amended

to read as follows:

“Article

31.

The Courts of Appeal shall be three and shall

sit,

one in Santo Domingo, one in Santiago and the third in

Con-

cepci6n de La Vega. Each shall consist

of

a President and two

Judges, and a Procurador General. The first shall have juris-

diction in the judicial districts

of

Santo Domingo, Seybo, Azua,

Barahona and San Pedro de Macoris

;

the second in those

of

San-

tiago, Puerto Plata, Monte Cristy and Moca, and the third in

tho;.e

of

La Vega, Pacificador and Samana.

Each Court

of

appeal shall have a Secret-

ary, two clerks, two constables, and such other employees as may

be necessary.

No Court of appeal can sit with less than

three members, without counting the Procurador General.”

All laws or parts

of

laws in conflict herewith

are hereby repealed.
