the powers vested in the Military Government

Santo Domingo, the following Executive Order is hereby pro-
mulgated.
All reductions
of
salaries effected by order
lof
the Military Government throughout the calendar year
1921
are
hereby declared valid
as
of
date of going into affect thereof.
Such reductions shall continue in full force and effect until
cotherwise provided by
law.
